Digital assets are volatile and may lose value. Products and features may not be available in all jurisdictions. Additional terms may apply to specific features (e.g., staking, P2P) and will be presented where relevant.
We implement identity verification, transaction monitoring, and recordkeeping as required by law. Access may be restricted due to sanctions, export controls, or local regulations.
Subject to availability and eligibility, Services may include buying/selling digital assets, peer-to-peer (“P2P”) transactions, staking or yield features, transfers, and developer APIs. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Fees are disclosed prior to order submission or within your account. You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your use of the Services. We may deduct fees from proceeds or balances.
P2P matches buyers and sellers. You agree to honor posted terms and complete trades promptly. Staking or yield features (if offered) involve protocol and slashing risks; rewards are not guaranteed.

The Services, content, trademarks, and software are owned by CoinRexPay or licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
API access is subject to rate limits, security requirements, and separate documentation. We may revoke access for abuse, security risk, or policy violations.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard data, and your choices regarding cookies and similar technologies.
You represent and warrant that you are not subject to sanctions and will not use the Services in any embargoed country or prohibited end-use under applicable export laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinRexPay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in our principal place of business unless required otherwise by local law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and where permitted, binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions are waived to the extent allowed by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time, subject to pending obligations.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-product notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
